Tatiana VASSINE is a lawyer since 2008.
After having being formed at the University of Panthéon Assas (PARIS II), where she obtained a master in Social Law, Tatiana Vassine arrived in Marseille, where she studied a Masters degree in Business Law – specialty in Sports Law, at the University of Aix-Marseille III.
Thanks to various experiences in social law as well as in sports law (particularly within the trade union of coaches and educators of Rugby Tech XV and due to her time spent at the law firm, Jacques Barthelemy & Associates, specializing in social law), she obtained the Certificat d’aptitude à la profession d’avocat, or CAPA in 2008 (Following 18 months of classes, students take this exam to qualify to practice as a lawyer. A traineeship of two years in law will follow this, at the end of which, the student will be registered on the list of lawyers at the bar of his or her city of formation).
Currently working at RMS Avocats law firm, she handles sports law cases as well as labour law cases and is also a collaborator for the Cahiers de Droit du Sport, a review specializing in sports law. She has already published an article in this review concerning the extent of the obligation of loyalty required by an athlete.
